1.A lot of wolves don’t have an actual store front: I always suggest people use a reputable dealer with an actual store front to buy or sell gold. There are some guys that operate out of their homes and they offer to come to your house to buy your gold. If you think about it, really think about it! Does that sound like a good idea? Dealing with a professional in a safe and secure location is the smartest way to sell your gold.
2. Wolves may not use live prices: At our store we have chosen to buy and sell gold with live prices updated every few minutes. We feel that this a more honest way of doing thing, some of the wolves will use a price that is a few days or even weeks old if that price is lower than the current market price.
3. Wolves might want you to send in the mail: Many fancy online gold buying sites appear to be big companies but are in fact home run businesses. These types of businesses are notorious for and have many outstanding consumer complaints for low payouts, losing gold or just accepting gold and not paying at all.
